Modulfix presentation
Modulfix is a range of PVC tiles (50x50cm) available in 5/ 7 / 9mm thick. Thanks to its high resistance, it is an industrial floor that supports the traffic of all kinds of machines and vehicles, such as pallet trucks, fenwicks, stackers. The 7mm and 9mm ranges are installed in factories, warehouses, stocking areas, car, truck or motorcycle workshops.
Quick and easy to install thanks to its interlocking system (puzzle connection), it is enough to fit the tiles together using a rubber mallet. There is no need to stop the activity during its assembly.
Modulfix exists in 3 finishes (smooth texture, metal plate texture, hidden joints). The almost invisible joints, as well as hermetic, give a feeling of continuous floors. Being an aesthetic and resistant flooring, it has become a perfect floor in commercial places such as gyms, offices, schools, shops or supermarkets (maximum weight of 500kg).
Contrary to industrial floorings such as floor paint (epoxy paint) or resins, which are highly affected by moisture and greases, our Modulfix PVC tiles do not crack or break. They also do not break when an object falls on them, as can be the case with terrazzo.
With the Moduprint system, you can personalize your floor by reproducing any image on the tiles (logo, safety pictograms). It is an exceptional means of communication to convey seriousness and security.

Modulfix X7 Solid informations
The 7mm Modulfix X7 Solid range is designed for busy commercial installations (supermarkets, gyms,) and industrial sites (car workshops, factories, warehouses, cold rooms, laboratories …). (Maximum weights without gluing see brochure). It can be manufactured in 12 standard colors. There is the possibility of developing a special color. Surface with a smooth texture.
Modulfix X7 Metal informations
The 7mm Modulfix X7 Metal range has a meta plate finish and is designed for car and motorcycle workshops, private garages, corridors and attics, shops seeking an industrial and modern air. Available in 12 colors. Thickness: 7mm.
Modulfix X7 Terra informations
The 7mm Modulfix X7 Terra range has a hidden joint and is installed in commercial (schools, kindergartens, gyms, shops, offices) or industrial (car dealers) sites. It is a recommended alternative on top of raised floors. However, it is not recommended in places with industrial vehicles (forklifts, electric stackers …) The planimetry of the screed is more necessary than with the other finishes (X7 Solid or X7 Metal). Available in 12 colors. Leather-like finish. Thickness: 7mm.
Modulfix X7 Heavy informations
With the 7mm Modulfix X7 Heavy range, you are looking for a highly resistant floor at an industrial level. Made of extra-hard PVC, the tile has a Shore D57 hardness (more or less equivalent to a Shore A100). It is placed without gluing in industrial sites (factories, warehouses, warehouses) where it circulates with vehicles up to 4000kg (at an average temperature of around 20-22ºC, depending on the type of wheels). Lightly textured surface, 4 colors available.
Modulfix X7 AS informations
Modulfix X7 AS (Antistatic) tile is an antistatic dissipative floor according to EN 1081 and is placed in places where the control of electrostatic charges is necessary (laboratories, factories, server rooms). 4 colors available. Lightly textured surface. Thickness: 7mm.
Modulfix X9 Extreme informations
The Modulfix X9 Extreme tile is the “all-rounder” in the range. It is a 9mm vinyl floor made of extra-hard PVC, which gives it more rigidity and increases its resistance. Supports the transit of trucks up to 6500kg (4 wheels of tires). Available in 4 colors, slightly textured surface. The appearance of continuous floors without its drawbacks.

Modulfix X5 Classic 5mm tiles are an ideal alternative in commercial sites such as shops, gyms, offices, schools. Available in 12 colors that can be mixed. Simple cleaning thanks to its slightly textured surface.
Modulfix X5 Metal informations
The Modulfix X5 Metal 5mm range is installed in race car pits, shops or fair stands. Continuous aspect of metal plate surface.
Modulfix X5 Terra informations
The Modulfix X5 Terra tile is a 5mm thick floor intended for shops, schools, offices. Its union system with hidden joint is very original. This finish requires a perfect planimetry of the screed. Available in 12 colors. Leather-like surface.
Moduprint system informations
Modulfix floors offer the ability to print any high-resolution image at any size. It can be a logo, a security pictogram, a signage. It is an exceptional means of communication.

Modulfix installation
Can you have a brand new floor without stopping your activity? With Modulfix , YES YOU CAN!
The Modulfix tiles can be installed loose-lay on hard surfaces. The tiles are cut with a circular saw and installed with a rubber hammer. The tiles should not be installed below 15ºC and should be left in the room at least 24 hours prior totheir installation. It is recommended to leave at least a 5mm gap between the tiles and any fixed point. It is necessary to glue the areas under direct sun exposure or exposed to important temperature changes. The heavy industrial vehicles transit (especially the vehicles equipped with thin and hard wheels) can require the gluing of the tiles on a clean, hard, dry and levelled surface using a two-component PU adhesive. If the floor is installed loose-lay, it is recommended to cut the tiles around the heavy machines or racks so that the floor will be free to expand or contract. Allow minimum 48 hours before transiting with an industrial vehicle above the glued areas.
Modulfix maintenance
The Modulfix tiles are to be cleaned with water and neutral detergent or degreaser recommended for synthetic floors. It is possible to use a single disc washing machine with a light brush or pad (it is recommended to try the brush and the products on a small area before its general use). Make sure you clean the floor from agressive liquids as soon as possible to avoid prolonged contact and maintain its best aspect. If the floor is very dusty, it should be brushed or vacuumed first.
