At the Seber Altube Ikastola Private School located in Guernika, they installed the Traficline Traficline in their dining room.
They chose these compact tiles PVC because they are very resistant to impact, liquids and high foot traffic. This makes them ideal for a dining room where so many people pass through.
The existing floor was in poor condition. It was a risk for the children, who could trip over the irregularities generated by the wear and tear of the previous material. It was also difficult to move around with the trolleys carrying food trays.
All these problems were solved by installing Traficline tiles. They are installed quickly because they only need to be fitted together, like a puzzle, thanks to their dovetail system. There is no need to do any construction work or close for several days in order to install them.
It is also non-slip, which makes for a much safer floor!
These solid PVC tiles are 50×50 cm and are manufactured in different colors, allowing you to create different styles, as needed.
Continuous lines of a given color can be made, or broken lines interspersed with tiles of two colors. They can also be placed forming a checkerboard, or chessboard. As well as separating areas, each with a different color.
Combining red, blue and two shades of gray: steel and anthracite, they made a novel design to delimit different areas and create a cheerful and dynamic atmosphere.
Gray is always a trendy color, and very easy to clean. And combining it with a vivid color such as red allows you to play with contrast and signal different areas of activity, as needed.
The result can be seen in the photos, and the improvements are more than evident!
