Back to school 2020 has been more complicated than other years due to the application of the new health regulations due to COVID-19. Obviously, the safety of the little ones is a priority for both the authorities and the educational teams. The flooring that can be used in a nursery or kindergarten playground is no exception to this priority.
In order to cushion children’s falls and avoid a possible blow, playgrounds or playgrounds can be covered with Supragom rubber tiles.
Supragom rubber tiles come in 50x50cm or 100x100cm and in 4 thicknesses (20mm, 30mm, 40mm and 40mm) which are used according to the height of fall(see standard EN 1177).
They are manufactured from SBR (recycled tire rubber) in six standard colors (black, red, green, gray, gray, blue, ocher).
Supragom 30/40/50 rubber tiles have a hollow base as shown in the photo below. These hollows create a kind of air chamber and help to amplify shock absorption.
The installation of Supragom tiles is very fast (2 people can install 200 to 300m2 per day). It is possible to glue the tiles to contain the contraction and expansion movements due to temperature changes.
Our Supragom tiles are perfectly resistant to weathering, extreme temperatures and are little affected by sunlight.
