The first national cooking school competition, Protur Chef, was held from March 16 to 19. The event was held at the Gran Hotel & Spa Protur Biomar in Sa Coma (Mallorca).
The jury was chaired by Tomeu Caldentey, Mallorcan chef with a Michelin star. And also composed of great chefs such as the Torres brothers, from the TV1 program Torres en la cocina. Also the cook Marc Fosh, who won a Michelin star in 2002. And Fran López, who has also held this award since 2009.
During these four days, a gastronomic contest and a second contest for children Protur Chef Kids were held. In addition to other activities such as a gastronomic market, food trucks, tastings, stands and workshops.
For this event we were asked to use Harmony XL Design vinyl flooring.
Harmony vinyl flooring

It is manufactured in rolls of 2, 3 or 4 meters wide x 30 meters long. And in various thicknesses, depending on the intended use. In this case, a thickness of 2.8 mm was chosen.
Because it is very easy to maintain, it could easily be cleaned between recipes to provide a clean and safe floor for the contestants, who were racing to finish their dishes on time.
