Sportex is an indoor vinyl sports floor manufactured in 2m wide rolls that combines quality, comfort and safety for athletes, reducing injuries and increasing the user’s sensations.

Sportex sports floors for use in fitness rooms are composed of 5 ranges with different hardnesses depending on the intended use.

Sportex 6.7, Sportex 8 and Sportex 10, are manufactured with a foam backing that makes them shock absorbing floors, a feature appreciated in the practice of directed activities with impact such as Zumba, body pump or body combat.

Sportex Fit, Sportex Fit XL and Sportex 5, more compact floors, are excellent alternatives in gyms with machines or in spinning rooms.

Our 12 solid colors and 6 wood finishes allow you to achieve a clean, clear and modern finish for your gym.

In addition, Sportex incorporates the Supraclean® polymer treatment in the dough for easy maintenance and, thanks to its bactericidal treatment, ensures perfect hygiene.

Sportex Fit has become an ideal sports floor for weight training rooms. Being compact 2mm, it is very resistant to the weight of the machines.

Sportex Fit XL 6.5mm has a compact foam bottom. It combines high resistance and acoustic insulation. Floor designed for fitness rooms with machines.

Sportex 5 is a very good alternative in fitness and spinning rooms.

Sportex 6.7 offers good shock absorption (>25%) apart from being hygienic and easy to clean. Ideal sports floor for directed classes (body pump, zumba…) or stretching (pilates, yoga…).

Sportex 8 offers high impact absorption (>35%) apart from being hygienic and easy to clean. Ideal sports floor for directed classes (body combat, zumba…) or stretching classes (pilates, yoga…). Cushioning floor that can also be used in educational centers.

Sportex 10 offers very high impact absorption (>45%) apart from being hygienic and easy to clean. Ideal sports floor for directed classes (body attack, zumba…) or stretching classes (pilates, yoga…). Cushioning floor that can also be used in educational centers.

SPORTEX INSTALLATION AND MAINTENANCE

Sportex floorings are adhered to a dry and leveled screed by means of acrylic glue of aqueous dispersion. In case of humidity, it can be glued with a bi-component polyurethane glue. Joints can be hot welded with PVC welding bead. Depending on the degree of humidity, Supralay moisture barrier can be used.

In order to ensure easy maintenance of your sports floor, our Sportex floors are treated with Supraclean ®.
Sportex is cleaned with a neutral detergent for vinyl flooring (Dr. Schutz, Ecolab, Diversey). The cleaning product is applied by manual brushing, single-brush or automatic washing machine.
