PVC puzzle tiles for gymnasiums

The Modulfix PVC sports floor tile is the ideal sports floor for gyms, weight training, cardio or spinning rooms.

First of all, Modulfix tiles are quick and easy to install. With a puzzle-like jointing system, no gluing is required and they can be installed by the gym staff themselves.

Being compact 5mm or 7mm, they can withstand weights and dumbbells without breaking, but also the weight of the machines in a gym (for free weight rooms, it is better to opt for Energy CF tiles ).

Non-slip and comfortable to walk on, Modulfix sports floor tiles allow a total change of image of the gym to a more modern one in a short time. With our Moduprint printing system, any image or logo can be screen-printed.

For gymnasium floors, we also offer the Sportex Fitness range of vinyl flooring in rolls or Energy rubber flooring in rolls or puzzle tiles .

INSTALLATION AND MAINTENANCE MODULFIX SPORT

Modulfix tiles can be installed floating on all hard surfaces. Cuts are made with a circular saw and installation with a rubber mallet. It is recommended to glue down areas exposed to direct sunlight (glazed area) or subject to strong temperature changes.

Modulfix tiles are cleaned with water and a neutral detergent or degreaser suitable for synthetic surfaces. It is possible to use a rotary machine with a not too aggressive brush (it is recommended to test the products and brushes before use). The resistance of the tiles to chemicals is excellent, but it is recommended to make the pertinent tests before installation. Prolonged contact with certain liquids can stain the tile, it is important to clean as soon as possible in order to maintain the appearance of the tile. It is recommended to remove dust from the floor before cleaning.
