MODULFIX MULTI

PVC puzzle tiles for commercial use

Modulfix PVC tile is versatile and has become the ideal flooring for commercial use in offices, supermarkets, stores, gyms(see Modulfix Sport), schools, hotels and restaurants. For industrial sites see Modulfix Industry.

First of all, Modulfix vinyl tiles are quick and easy to install. With a puzzle-like jointing system, there is no need for gluing and they can be installed by the venue’s own staff.

Being compact of 5mm or 7mm, they withstand a very important traffic of people. In places such as supermarkets where people circulate on stoneware floors, they allow to remove the vibrations of the pallet trucks or trolleys.

Non-slip flooring (R10 slip classification) and comfortable to walk on, Modulfix tiles allow a total change of image of the premises to a more modern one in a very short time. With our Moduprint printing system, any image or logo can be screen-printed.

Tiles available in 2 thicknesses (5mm/7mm) and 3 finishes: Solid, Metal, Terra.

INSTALLATION AND MAINTENANCE MODULFIX

Modulfix tiles can be installed floating on all hard surfaces. Cuts are made with a circular saw and installation with a rubber mallet. It is recommended to glue down areas exposed to direct sunlight (glazed area) or subject to strong temperature changes.

Modulfix tiles are cleaned with water and a neutral detergent or degreaser suitable for synthetic surfaces. It is possible to use a rotary machine with a not too aggressive brush (it is recommended to test the products and brushes before use). The resistance of the tiles to chemicals is excellent, but it is recommended to make the pertinent tests before installation. Prolonged contact with certain liquids can stain the tile, it is important to clean as soon as possible in order to maintain the appearance of the tile. It is recommended to remove dust from the floor before cleaning.
