ENERGY CF

Rubber sports tiles

Energy CF is a sports rubber tile specially designed for areas that require greater cushioning, such as weight rooms, weight training or crossfit. Its density and high impact resistance are due to the fact that it is manufactured with a large amount of raw material and a greater pressing. It is a safe floor against bouncing of heavy objects such as discs or weights.

Energy CF tiles have good acoustic properties and their innovative smooth surface is long lasting and requires minimal maintenance.

It is a slip-resistant floor that can be installed both indoors and outdoors, since the binder used is prepared for this purpose (see conditions for outdoor installation).

Manufactured in 100x100cm, six thicknesses (10/15/20/25/30/40mm) and various colors: black, terracotta, green, yellow ochre, blue, lead gray and black with colored speckles.

INSTALLATION AND MAINTENANCE ENERGY CF

The tiles can be installed with a continuous joint or with a changed joint on a flat, firm, clean and dry surface (concrete, ceramics). The rubber tiles have a tolerance and can present small differences of a few millimeters between their sides that are compensated by tightening them. They can be fixed to the floor or the tiles can be glued together at the joints. Outdoors, the water must be able to be evacuated by slope and drainage to avoid the formation of puddles that could damage the base of the tile. The surface will be different (coarser grain to allow better drainage).

Daily cleaning should be done with a powerful vacuum cleaner to remove dust and dirt. This can be followed by scrubbing with a neutral pH detergent diluted in water (50:1), with a damp mop; never throw water directly on the floor. For optimal cleaning, it is advisable to go over the area with a damp mop and clean, clear water without soap.
