Tiles for Pickleball
Ultimate Flow ™ Polypropylene sports tiles offer a much simpler and faster installation compared to other floors. They have an integrated expansion system to cope with strong temperature changes.
Bergo Ultimate Flow™ tiles are designed for both indoor and outdoor Pickleball. It is an ideal demountable floor when looking for a portable court for traveling events or tournaments.
The flexibility of the tile allows it to adapt to terrain that is not completely smooth. It is true that the smoother the surface, the better the ball bounce.
Certified to the European standard EN14877 for synthetic surfaces for outdoor sports facilities, it provides an excellent coefficient of friction in both wet and dry conditions. It is a non-slip floor that dries quickly after rain thanks to its perforated structure.

INSTALLATION OF BERGO ULTIMATE FLOW TILES
The installation of Bergo Ultimate Flow tiles is simple and fast thanks to its “clip” system (photo 1, yes, yes, with the foot!).
Disassembly can also be done easily thanks to our special tool (photo 4).
Bergo Ultimate Flow tiles have perimeter access ramps for a safer finish (photos 2 and 3).
In addition, we have 5cm wide lines that can serve as playing lines (different color from the track) or adjust the track to the desired size (in this case, same color as the playing track) (photos 2 and 3).
It is important that the floor remains floating (do not fix the goals or baskets to the tiles) except in places with a steep slope to one side (in this case only the center of the court could be fixed).
It is necessary to leave expansion joints of 2-3cm in the perimeter and in the possible obstacles. The tiles are cut with a jigsaw or circular saw.
The maintenance required for Bergo Ultimate Flow tiles is minimal.
