GALAN is a company dedicated to the design, development and manufacture of machinery for spinning, twisting and winding of all types of materials, both natural and synthetic.
The equipment it produces is intended for the manufacture of ropes for carpets and rugs, geotextiles, sewing threads, for industrial, agricultural, sports (climbing and nautical), as well as fishing nets, artificial turf, fire hoses, conveyor belts and many other applications.
For this purpose, it has a large industrial building of more than 500m2 located in Catalunya. The floor of which, as can be seen in the photos, was in very poor condition.

Traficline PVC tiles
Traficline is an industrial flooring made of solid PVC tiles of 50x50cm and 7mm thick.
This industrial PVC floor is so strong and durable that it withstands the transit of pallet trucks and mechanical forklifts. It is also quick and easy to install thanks to its dovetail system, which allows the tiles to be laid without the need for construction work.
It is available in several colors, which allow all kinds of combinations: separating areas, delimiting paths, checkerboards, etc. It is also possible to print either a logo or a photograph on the tiles, in any size.
Traficline PVC tiles are especially recommended for public spaces, garages, workshops. Also in sports areas, industrial warehouses, machining workshops, or production areas.
In this industrial building, gray tiles were installed, combined with blue or green areas, to separate the different work areas from the transit areas.
In addition, they printed the logo on steel gray tiles.
