Opening of an ITV in Siero, Asturias.
This building has a unique and original design, and receives visitors from all over Europe. Its circular floor plan has an ultra-modern style, resembling a spaceship at times.
The facilities have an area of 1,500 m2 in which are located the boxes, specially equipped with the latest technology, to carry out inspections of cars, motorcycles, trucks and buses.
The ITV receives 200 cars per day and a few industrial vehicles. It has an area of 900m2 for the former and 600m2 for the latter.
For this type of installation it was necessary to install a vinyl flooring highly resistant to the passage of vehicles. As well as to oils, liquids and impacts.
In this avant-garde ITV project, the vinyl flooring Traficline vinyl flooring was chosen for its advantages: resistance to traffic, resistance to workshop fluids, quick installation, aesthetics and cleanliness.
Traficline PVC tiles
These solid tiles have a high mechanical and chemical resistance. They are suitable for the transit of heavy vehicles and are little affected by acids or oils.
They are manufactured in 2 thicknesses: 5 mm and 7 mm.
In addition, they are very easy to maintain. And their wide range of colors allows for the most varied designs.
In this case the choice was the Anthracite Gray color and in 7 mm thickness, which is the option we most recommend for mechanical workshops. Gray is a very long-lasting color, which hides dirt and always looks good.
Thanks to its dovetail system, the installation is very easy and fast and does not require stopping the activity or major works to be carried out in order to install them.
These PVC tiles are also suitable for installation in industrial warehouses, warehouses, factories, printing plants, garages and all those areas that need a highly resistant and durable floor.
