If you are looking for a resistant and durable floor for your gym, we recommend recycled rubber flooring . Energy or Energy CF.

This floor is ideal for installation in gyms, weight rooms, cross training, fitness or pilates. It is a floor with a high resistance to impacts and abrasions. In addition, it has a compact surface that gives it an extremely long life cycle. And it is very pleasant to walk on.

The rubber has a high coefficient of friction in both dry and wet conditions, which gives this flooring an anti-slip characteristic. It also offers excellent acoustic reduction, especially to the noise of falling weights.

These floors are composed of black recycled rubber and EPDM rubber that form the blue, gray or red speckles.

Its installation is very simple. The laying of the tiles can be done very quickly, thanks to its dovetail system. The rolls can be glued with glue or double-sided tape.

And because of its design, the joints are hardly noticeable.

Formats

Energy is manufactured in various thicknesses: 4mm, 5mm, 6mm, 8mm and 10mm and depending on the thickness, the format varies.

  • 4mm: manufactured in rolls of 1.25x15m
  • 5mm: manufactured in rolls of 1,25x15m
  • 6mm: available in 50x50cm tiles or 1,25x15m rolls.
  • 8mm: 50x50cm tiles or in rolls of 1,25x8m
  • 10mm: manufactured in rolls of 1.25x6m

Energy CF is manufactured in 100x100cm tiles (straight edge with slight bevel) and various thicknesses: 10mm, 15mm, 20mm, 25mm, 30mm, 40mm.
It comes in plain colors (black, red, green, blue, gray, ocher) with or without EPDM speckles.

Projects

We have successfully completed several projects installing this rubber flooring. As examples, a very well known gym in Terrassa and another one located in Normandy (France), where we placed this rubber flooring in the machines and weights rooms.
