The Seat Lugaritz dealership in San Sebastian is a 2500m2 building. In it there is a vehicle exhibition area, a store, offices and a mechanical workshop area for overhauls and repairs.
For the latter, of more than 1600m2, they have relied on our Traficline PVC tiles to solve the problems they had with the floor.
The workshop has an area for receiving vehicles, and another area with lifts and various machines for servicing and repairing cars.
This sector had a floor that could not withstand the impact of falling tools, and also generated a lot of annoying noises. It needed to be replaced. To do so, they were looking for a product that was resistant to shocks and liquids that can spill in a workshop. They needed a safe floor that could be installed quickly and without stopping the activity.

The solution: Traficline tiles
We recommend the following compact tiles Traficline 50x50cm and 7mm thick.
These vinyl tiles are suitable for heavy vehicle traffic, resisting all types of impacts. In addition, they are very fast to install.
Thanks to their Stainproof treatment, they are little affected by oils or acids that may be present in a mechanical workshop. And 100% European, both in their raw material and in their conception and manufacture.
We held several meetings with our sales representative in the area. In them we took samples so that they could check the quality of this vinyl flooring, and know the variety of colors.
Finally, they chose steel gray because it is a long-lasting, modern and easy to combine color.
The installation was carried out in about 4 days, without the need to close the workshop to do it. The tiles were placed by zones, while the workshop continued its activity.
