Oerlikon Balzers is a world leader in coatings manufacturing. Its products help to significantly improve the performance of precision components and tools by protecting them from wear and friction. It is located on the outskirts of Barcelona.
It has an industrial building of more than 500 m2, which had the floor in very bad conditions.
The concrete surface had been painted with epoxy paint, but after a short time it began to lift due to humidity and wear and tear.
As can be seen in the photo, the floor looked bad, which caused a very bad image.
As a solution, we offered Traficline PVC tiles, 7 mm thick. They are especially suitable for industrial warehouses, mechanical workshops or areas with transit of vehicles, forklifts or pallet trucks.
They chose a steel gray color, and delimited the machine area with red tiles.
Due to its easy installation, it was not necessary to stop the activity for the installation. The dovetail system of this industrial PVC floor tile facilitates the process and does not require any construction work.
Not only have they completely changed their image, but they have also improved the safety of their workers!
Traficline vinyl flooring
